CEO Pay is a great concern because to me, it is like the Mafia has hold of the company that I invested in. I am not a majority stock holder and I am free to take my money out of the Stock Market. That said, I invest my money with the belief that the company will use my investment to better the company and give me a fair return. THAT has not been true. What Enron got caught at is the standard for large companies today. Just because you are the CEO, you do not have the right to rob the company and investors blind.

That is why I say that public traded companies should have LAWS that insure that the CEO and Board members get no more than 40 time the lowest paid employee. Look at how fast Wall Street paid off the TARP funds when they knew that they has a pay ceiling. Why did they need the money in the first place when the could pay it off so fast?

My Husband came into this country the right and legal way as a immigrant and he said no one has the RIGHT to step over him and came into the U.S. but the same way as HE did. The Legal and Right way that a lot of immigrants have come before him.

The school should have been paying Reggie Bush for his talent. We live in society that operates off of money. So why do these clowns in college athletes think that they can use theses talented individuals for free. The schools make millions, the talent make nothing. Please, a degree is a piece of paper. 60% of the Americans who voted in this straw poll are against the bill, with 30% in favor and 10% doubtful. That doesn't sound to me like the American people want this thing. Quite the opposite. This will increase the number of government employees by hundreds of thousands of people. who will all vote Democrat in the future because that's who got them the job. That is what this whole thing is about. It is basically a scam to get more Dem votes in the future. Shame on the Dem leaders for their total dishonesty.
